Our Owner & CEO, Da’Von Yates is a native of Washington, DC and founded Yates Freelance Services in 2020. After experiencing both non-flexible employment and unemployment stretches, Da’Von decided to take matters in his own hands by becoming an Independent Contractor in 2019 and began to outsource his 10+ years of experience within the administrative, project management and both social media management/marketing realms.

Currently a Business Analyst for a national nonprofit whom is focused on workforce development, his role allows him to work cross-functionally with multiple departments by providing analysis on business processes, policies, procedures, research, and other elements of the organization. His ultimate goal is to put disadvantage groups back to work and to also assist entrepreneurs who want to acquire both financial and flexible freedom, by embarking on such a challenging yet rewarding career path.
